I can’t speak highly enough of Imogen. The service she provided for me was absolutely first class. She was always extremely helpful throughout an extremely long and drawn out stressful time for me. She listened, and believed in me and fought hard for me. And ended up getting the absolute best result possible for me, perhaps even better than should have been. She is really calm and reassuring and her manor helped me every time we communicated. She really knows her stuff and I would recommend her to anybody who finds themselves in a bad situation with a motor offence. And she’s a really lovely person.
